Le fin de semaine

Day 13 (le 12 juillet)- Car Show

Hey everyone,

So today like all other days, I got up for school and went to class, had lunch then went to a workshop.
But when the school day ended, I took a nap and also skyped with some people back home!!! :) I really miss you guys!

Oh, for those wondering, the presentation that I had today went great! We were interrupted for a little bit in our presentation so we decided to make a drawing on the board to pass the time. check it out:
BEAUTIFUL BRITISH COLUMBIA, WE MISS YOU!
Do you like the helicopter and the person skiing down the mountain? I DREW THAT! LOL

After skyping I went to dinner, GUESS WHAT? I actually had normal food for dinner, my friend bought a slow cooker so we had some sort of chicken with rice with sauce thing... Honestly I'm not sure if it was a casserole or a stew but it was REAL good! :)

After dinner we decided to go out to the annual car show that happens here. It is supposed to be the biggest car show in Atlantic Canada. There were so many people, I'm pretty sure there were more people than Canada day. There were actually a lot more things to see, there were different booths and 2 areas where they had live music playing. Here are some of the cars we saw (sorry for some of the blurry photographs)

As we were walking home we came across this sign:

After going to the car show we decided to watch a movie, we watched This Means War in the basement rec room and pretty much occupied it the whole night. People would walk in and turn around and walk out. But some brave souls came in to play pool and ping pong :p

Tomorrow we are going to Hopewell rocks and the bay of fundy so that should be fun, look out for those pictures!

MAN VS MICROWAVE

Lunch consisted of roasted chicken thigh with rice and ONIONS (I'm in love with them right now), Acadian chicken soup, salad, citrus cake, and coca cola in a coffee cup

LUNCH!
Dinner, although it does not look very appetizing, was DELICIOUS! :) What is more, it was an actual home cooked meal, the only preservatives were the cans of soup, even the rice was regular rice, not minute rice!

SOOOO GOOOD!

Stay tuned for tomorrow! I'm having Tim Horton's for lunch! HAHA
